1. What ParamJyotishi is
ParamJyotishi is a free Vedic astrology application providing kundli generation, kundli matching, panchang, daily horoscope content, and community discussion features, calculated on your device from the birth details you provide. The App is free forever. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no paid consultations, and no astrologer marketplace.
2. Eligibility and accounts
2.1 Trial and signup: use core features for 2 days without an account. Continued use requires signing up with email, name, and birth details (see Privacy Policy). Signing up is free and grants continued free use.
2.2 Accuracy of information: you agree to provide accurate birth details. We are not responsible for inaccurate readings caused by incorrect or approximate birth information.

2.4 One account per person: we reserve the right to suspend accounts used to abuse the trial or community features.
3. Astrology content is informational, not professional advice
Vedic astrology content in this App — kundli readings, matchmaking scores, Manglik dosha indications, panchang, daily horoscope content — is provided for informational, cultural, and entertainment purposes. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or professional advice, and should not replace advice from a qualified professional. Decisions about marriage, health, finances, or other significant matters should not be made solely on the basis of App content.
4. Community conduct
By using discussion rooms or chat, you agree not to post abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal content; not to impersonate others; not to spam or solicit; and not to circumvent the profanity filter or moderation system.
Moderation: messages are automatically screened for profanity in all supported languages; flagged messages are reviewed by a human moderator. We reserve the right to remove content, mask messages, and suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a license to store, display, and moderate that content as necessary to operate the App's community features. We do not claim ownership and do not use your content to train third-party AI models.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including design, branding, interpretive astrological content, source code, and the astrology engine, is owned by [PLACEHOLDER — legal entity name] or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
7. Offline functionality and data sync

The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications and an email provider for OTP delivery. Your use is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.
9. Disclaimers

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ASTROLOGICAL CALCULATIONS OR INTERPRETIVE CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
